Warranty

Warranty Periods

The warranty periods for your boat are as follows:

SAIL

  • 5 years for structural faults on hull
  • 2 years for defects on Raymarine electronics and engine defects
  • 1 year for all other defects, including cosmetic defects

POWER

  • 3 years for structural faults on hull
  • 2 years for defects on Raymarine electronics and engine defects
  • 1 year for all other defects, including cosmetic defects

Any warranty claim may not be upheld unless Jeanneau have a signed and dated copy of the delivery and release certificate that you will find in your owner’s manual.

Important:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your engine warranty is kept valid by having the engine serviced at the correct intervals. Please refer to the engine manual for the correct service intervals.

All warranty claims/work requests must be submitted in writing. If at any time you instruct a supplier to act on your behalf, WestWays reserve the right not to refund your costs or the supplier’s invoices.

To help our team handle your enquiry, it would be helpful if you could supply us with the following information:

1. Boat model and hull number
2. Nature of the defect
3. Any photos of the defect that you may have
4. Any other information that we might find useful
