Westways also launched its repackaged Westways' Specialist Jeanneau Med Service at the London Boat Show. Westways', as one of the largest UK Jeanneau dealers, has for many years successfully delivered and commissioned a significant number of boats into the Mediterranean for our customers.
Westways has developed a unique Med offering for our customers which we believe really differentiates our service offering. Westways always sends our own Jeanneau trained engineers, riggers and electronic engineers to commission your boat at your delivery port. This ensures that we achieve the same high standard of commissioning in your delivery port as we achieve in the UK.
Buying a boat to keep in the Mediterranean has become more complex as every county has a different tax regime and purchasers are at risk if the correct documentation is not completed.
We also work closely with Bishops Fleming, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors that specialise in marine matters, and together we will provide the necessary support and advice to ensure that you complete the correct documentation and comply with the relevant VAT regulations.
